I received a flier through my door this morning as per the attached file and was almost tempted to call.
Then I remembered the many previous incidents of rogue tradesmen using exactly the same 'we are working on a neighbours property...'

As you may be aware the council plans to make changes to the junction of Drayton Green Road and the Uxbridge Road.
This will undoubtedly affect you as a driver and as a pedestrian so I suggest you look through the plans and provide comments.

A new planning application has been submitted for 51 Drayton Green. The application is for "Construction of a four storey residential building comprising of 17 self-contained flats to the front of the site; 4 two storey houses to the rear of the site; alterations to vehicle access; car parking; refuse storage; and landscaping".
It is possible to see details of the application on the Council website. The reference number is PP/2011/4513.

Just for your info Gareth and Michelle arrested a couple of local burglers in Allingham Close, W7, last night. Its currently being investigated. Its just slightly on Hobbayne's patch, being a couple of streets away from the Draytons. I just thought you may like to know.
